For Sonova, the holding company of several hearing aid brands, we created several stakeholder dashboards. Now the stakeholders are able to consult their dashboards to make data-based decisions.
Sonova has an extensive set of customized web analytics tracking implementations on their corporate website. The stakeholders were overwhelmed by the amount of information and struggled to find desired and important information. We were engaged to visualize the data for each stakeholder in an easily consumable way.
We developed a visualization concept that included the KPIs based on the stakeholders’ goals and created a dashboard in Google Analytics for each stakeholder, showing the most relevant information at a glance. In total, six dedicated dashboards for the main areas of the corporate website have been created.
The stakeholders save time by consulting the dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
